Canyon Dreams is a concert piece at the Grade 1 level.  

The main theme is played by the tenor group - horns, trombones, baritones, and tenor saxes, in any combination - and the flutes have a featured section.

This piece was commissioned by Mulgrave School in West Vancouver, B.C.
